During EA’s GamesCom conference, we learned a couple of new, but exciting nontheless, details about Dead Space 3.
The most notable part: the weapon crafting system. Salvaging all kinds of scraps and then putting together a flame-spitting pistol that throws mines as a secondary sure sounds exciting – and looked exciting in action. It will definitely put another factor in how you handle the dead in the space (horrible pun?), as you will still be bound by non-universal ammo.
Then, we had a short live gameplay video, which was not that great as a choice, but it showed us that Isaas is back for more Dead Space and less Dead Space 2 – I just wish their choice was not so restrictive.
Whatever it is, North Americans will find out in February 5, and Europeans in February 8.
