Thirsty Conversations: Your most anticipated game of the coming months?

We all have one, you know it. One game that is releasing this fall, or even next week, is on your “to-buy” list. At least one game that you want to play so badly you’re counting down the days to it. The game that you have its logo printed on your underpants, and dream of it at nights. Well, maybe not that last part, but I’m definitely sure about the rest.

So, which one is it? Which has won you, and you are throwing money at your screen when you see its trailers? I’m giving you a list of the upcoming games to refresh your memories, and let the conversation begin!

    If I had to pick one… Resident Evil 6 or Assassin’s Creed, or even Hitman. Tough call, isn’t it?

    only games i care about are Resident Evil 6 & Assassin’s Creed III

    as far as other games i’ll probably buy down the line, but not eager to play Darksiders II, Sleeping Dogs, Dishonored, & Hitman: Absolution. i would’ve put Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation but i don’t own a vita and don’t plan on getting one anytime soon.

    Well since you put it that way….as tough as it is…I’m going to have to go with Borderlands 2. LOVED the first game and played for freaking hours and hours. There…damnit! You got your answer! LOL

    Arghh so many games!
    There are some Vita games that I want to buy such as MK, Gravity Daze, Smart AS, AC3:Liberation, COD BO2 Declassified and Little Big Planet Vita.
    For PS 3 there is SO MUCH MORE, COD BO2, AC3, Sleeping Dogs, Hitman Absolution, XCOM, Need For Speed, MOH WF, and so much more.

    I think i’ll just get a PSN premium account and get all the free games like Motorstorm Apocalypse and Dead Space 2 and Little Big Planet2

    Most probably they will, once Vita’s sales get a boost, as an incentive for new people and a “thank you” for the ones who have it. The boost is inevitable, with all the new Vita games coming out for it. I know that, for one, I’ll get Battle Royale on both consoles, hopefully.

    My most anticipated games are Resident Evil 6, Dishonored, and lastly Halo 4. I’m so excited for Resident Evil 6 it’s ridiculous, I can’t wait for the demo.

    There are so many games that i want to get my hands on, but as an Extremely Broke gamer, i will be able to get only a few of them.

    4 – Need For Speed: Most Wanted

    @Christos Chatzisavvas yeah i don’t have but it really doesn’t matter though because the PC doesn’t really offer much more than the console version. only thing different is the new areas and a new online mode. but that will be coming to consoles in october anyways. so im pretty much set. RE6, AC3 & Dark Souls: Artorias Of The Abyss DLC

    if i could only choose 1 id have to be dishonored.
    simply because it looks so unique!
    assassins creed meets deus ex with a really in depth story line, and awesome stealth mechanics!
    really looking forward to hitman also i was really skeptical of it, just looked like another stealth game gone action!
    but the sniper challenge really surprised me, im hoping i was wrong and this will still be a true hitman game!
    on another note my alienware M18X arrived today!
    so freaking cool this thing, all the lights, beautiful screen, and power coming out the wazoo!
    so disappointed i dont have any time to play any games on it, gotta get up at 4 in the morning tomorrow so…………..

    Also there is DJMAX TECHNIKA TUNE for the PS vita coming out in September for Japan and Korea (USA TBA). I don’t think it will come out in Europe though :(

    September 28th FIFA 13.
    Come on guys, i know most of you arent based in the UK or europe but you all know how big this game is over here, show it at least a little respect surely?!
    how the hell can Dance Central make this list but FIFA 13 not?!!
    This is the first game i have ever pre ordered, dont normally see the point given that all these games have loads of copies available on the day and you can just go wherever is selling it the cheapest. But the Ultimate edition with 24 free gold packs has swung it for me, I must of spent about £70 on the dam Ultimate team last season lol.
    Apart from FIFA 13 the only other game is probably RE6

    I play both FIFA and PES, but I’m leaning more towards FIFA with each year. The new engine is too sweet to pass.

    lol, thanks :) sorry i didnt mean it to come across so personal mate. I realise it must of taken a lot of work to get the list sorted, but still FIFA 13! how could you let that one slip past! It gonna be epic, every year i say to myself i wont bother getting next years, it wont of changed that much and im not giving EA any more of my money, and then they just tease you with extras and now i cannot wait! it really looks like they put loads of work and additions into it. Totally revamped the career mode, new skill additions at the beginng of games, (i’d of liked to have got this information from my favourite games website Games thirst, but alas, not much attention is given to this game so i have to go elsewhere ;) )
    And yeah im with you, was FIFA nut for ages 94-99 then went to University and was converted to PES, then got back into FIFA by playing FIFA 10 and now i know im gonna be with FIFA forever, there simply is no other game quite like it out there, and that includes any genre.

    Haha don’t worry, I was obviously joking :P I’ll absolutely have to hunt down more FIFA news as they appear, truth is I’m not too much invested into sports franchises (I really do play, but mostly on weekends with friends, hangovers etc), but everything to please the readers!
