Last week Microsoft claimed that Wii U was essentially an Xbox 360. Nintendo, in its corner, didn’t like the lingo and it’s responded with fighting words, below the break.
“The Wii U Pro Controller is an enhanced version of the Classic Controller Pro that has been designed specially to work with the Wii U console. It simply offers another way to play and more options for developers use. We do not compare ourselves to the other consoles,” the firm said.
The like the last line best: “We do not compare ourselves to the other consoles.”

Nick, please – Microsoft stole from Nintendo’s GameCube controller anyway. Look at the two things… In fact they all borrowed ideas from Nintendo.
