Rambo was announced last year by Reef Entertainment, and the firm’s now confirmed that for the first time ever, we’ll see gameplay footage at Games-Com 2012 in Cologne, Germany next month.
“We have been quiet since we acquired the Rambo license last August. During this time we have been dedicated to creating a videogame for consoles and PC that will allow Rambo fans and gamers across the globe to really get under the skin of Rambo and wield his iconic weapon-set in battle,” Reef Entertainment marketing boss Craig Lewis said.
We know not much about the game’s setting apart from what’s shown in the image released. See it below.
More details will be released as Games-Com 2012 gets closer. StudioCanal once held the rights to the Rambo Game, but Reef Entertainment bought it a while back. Some have hailed the move a great one, especially after the success of the latest Rambo flick.
