MW2 Terminal Map Coming To MW3 Free Of Charge On July 18th

Xbox 360 gamers get it first, no doubt.

Infinity Ward has announced that Modern Warfare 2 popular map Terminal will hit MW3 as a free offering on July 17th, first coming to Xbox 360 gamers and then to the PS3 and PC crowds one month later because of a standing exclusivity contract signed between Microsoft and Activision.

I dislike the exclusivity rubbish, especially for a free map…

… And I’m not the only one: “If we’re going to do a throwback map, let that be outside the DLC model, let it be free, let it for everyone. Don’t let it be restricted by contracts, partnerships, and all that f**king money stuff. Let it just be there,” said Infinity Ward’s former creative strategist Rob Bowling back in February.
