ha no one is arguing, im just saying that some of nicks opinions are just crazy. And Nick im not on about how pc gaming looks, im on about the actual PC itself. At the end of the day its just a box.
Your first line was that a console has to feel and look exspensive. Everyone knows the ps3 was ugly, no one bought its for its looks thats all im saying. Just think some of your opinions are just crazy, but obviously it must just be me

As usual i couldnt be bothered toread all of that but,
“it has to look and feel exspensive enough” this is the first thing you state, Is that really your main issue with next gen? do you care if you PC looks exspensive?! Surely its all to do with the power and capabilty and features of the consoles not how it looks?! for a hand held maybe but not for a console, if it looks nice thats just a added bonus.
And dont come back with one of your car analogy

O, forgot to mention depends on which conversion system $ony decides to use.
if their going to use the worlds currency system, IE take a countries price tag say USD and convert it to AUD, or if their going to do their usual BS as in taking the countries price tag, again say USD and add 60% on top of that!
600USD has never been, and never will be 1000 AUD!
it was more like 740!

dont really care how much it is as long as i feel its worth its money!
one thing i REALLY hate about products these days is the look and feel cheap!
most phones for instance, the first thing i said when i pulled my S3 out of the box was shit someones given me the wrong phone it feels like a dummy phone!
yes it feels THAT cheap!
same thing goes for the new 3DS XL.
the original looks brilliant with its shiny glitter filled paint.
the new one though with its matt finish plain paint looks so cheap in comparison!
or the ps3 phat system compared to the slim.
i just hope that next gen systems look and feel expensive enough!
im really worried that because of the market, and because of $onys position they have been bleeding money for years!
concerns me there going to go for the cheap route, and in turn it will look and feel cheap, and worst of all it will not be a technological leap forward we want and expect!
so in short i dont care how much it is as long as it 1 feels lts money, looks like its money, and is good value.
2 comes with at least a 3D HDMI 3M cable, a 3M USB 3.0 charging cable and 2 controllers and charging dock.
its ridiculous that your asked to shell out 400 bucks these days, than expected to pay another 40 just to connect the device!
power cables are mandatory so why are not video cables?
obviously at least 1 game bundled too.
and a minimum of a 256GB SSD with the obvious ability to upgrade in the future, and external sata connectivity for external hard disk storage.
SSDs are too expensive and too small to store games on, but their really fast so id be a really good idea if $ony allowed you to store your games on a external HDD than when you want to play them there streamed or copied to the internal SSD for faster load times.
3 of course last but not least it has to feel like a next gen system!
i really hope next gen systems are as much as a leap forward as their predecessors are!
and heres where im really worried!
im not sure they will be, simply because the financial state the world is in.
$ony have been bleeding money for years!
shops have been bleeding money for years!
and customers, well, allot of people are loosing their jobs and those who are lucky to keep them are getting pay cuts!
i would not be surprised if next gen is the shortest simply because manufactures and consumers just cant afford to do what they have been doing the past few times.
i hope they do, it would be really disappointing if they dont!

id spend £350 tops. In this climate and Sony losing money hand over fist im pretty sure they will think very hard on their release price. The ps3 price was far too high on release date and they still havent recovered from that yet.
I very much doubt every single one of the games you mentioned Ernice will all be available on release date.If they were it would be ridiculous and would kill the online gaming as a lot of people will wait for price drop before they buy and people would be split on which games to buy so they wouldnt maximse on the amount of copies they would shift.
