Amazing Alex – Rovio’s Next Big Game

Rovio is ubiquitously known for is uber-popular game Angry Birds, but this morning the firm’s announced a follow-up: Amazing Alex. Hopefully, it’ll be their next big thing.

Amazing Alex will be based off the Casey’s Contraptions IP, according to Rovio CEO Mikael Hed . The company acquired the rights to the IP from Snappy Touch and Mystery Coconut, the firm made known yesterday.

“The quality pressure is high. We want to maintain the high standard Angry Birds fans have come to enjoy,” Hed said of Amazing Alex.
