This just shows how forgetful Americans are. All these greedy Banks almost send America into another Great Depression but EA Games wins this award. LOL…I do not like some of EA’s business practices but they certainly do not deerve this award. Oh…and wishing the company goes Bankrupt is just plain STUPID….do you know how many folks with families work for EA across the world? Think about it!!!

I wonder why nobody voted for Activision, that publisher who has started the whole trend/law of “We can turn anything into cash”, and also the beginning of subscription-based gaming with the addition of Elite, and how that further disparates the community when subscribers cant play content with friends, because they are not subscribers. Ontop of that the whole limiting exclusives to one console so that it gets favored lickings.

its not the games i have a problem with it’s their business pratices. i like dead space, dante’s inferno, shadows of the damned etc. but im not with the online passes, shutting down servers to old games, or this new thing they are trying to introduce where you have stay connected to the internet to play BOTH! single-player & multi-player for game like the new SimCity they just announced.

I like EA. I only buy their Fight Night sports franchise (I play PES for my virtual football needs), so their sports franchises don’t bother me. They take risks, develop new IPs that might not sell well (Dante’s Inferno, Dead Space, Shadows of the Damned and more), instead of sticking to an old formula and make all their games very relative (although good…GTA -> RDR anyone?).

are EA really that bad?
i dunno i certainly would not say there as money grubbing as say antivision, crapcom or even $E.
at least EA dont make a totally new IP and slap a well known franchises name on it!
