CD Projekt RED has announced that The Witcher 2: Assassin’s of Kings Enhanced Edition has already gone gold on Xbox 360, and is ready for launch come April 17th. But the firm’s not done yet, hyping April 5th as the day when a “truly extraordinary” announcement will be made.
“The game will be released in over two weeks, but I think we will surprise players in the following weeks. On the 5th of April we will host a conference and announce something truly extraordinary – so be sure to watch our live stream at 5pm GMT that day,” said Marcin Iwiński, joint-CEO pf CD Projekt RED.
Not sure what could be so extraordinary, except that they’re offering the game for free, an announcement of Witcher 3, or a PS3 version. April 5th isn’t too far away.
Thanks, Videogamer.

I hope beyond hope that it is a ps3 version!!!!! Damn I should have kept my 360!
wont be a ps3 version they have wasted far too much time on bringing the 360 version over if they wanted to do it they would of done it simultaneously.
theve had half the studio working on the witcher 3 ever since 2 came out on the PC so long ago, so its about bloody time they get the full team working on it and start releasing some info for it!
Well this big announcement had better not disappoint.
@nick….you probably correct sir,but damnit if its not cold water!!!
