Fans Rage Over Battlefield 3 “Shortcut” Bundles

In Battlefield 3 patch 1.04 on PS3, DICE has quietly made available an option to access virtually all the game’s unlocks for those willing to cough up cash. This means you can forget long hours of killing and being killed to access sought-after items, simply pay up and everything will be yours on day one.

Some hardcore fans are starting to rage about this, however, with many lamenting that it makes the game feel cheap, and causes other gamers who’ve played Battlefield 3 for long hours, working to get their unlocks to feel cheated.

There are about ten shortcut items available via the PS Store, including these notable ones:

- Kit Shortcut Bundle: Immediately unlocks all items unique to the four playable classes
– Vehicle Shortcut Bundle: Immediately unlocks all items for all vehicles
– The Ultimate Bundle: Immediately unlocks all items from all other available shortcut packs

i dont understand why they feel cheated when they already have them all unlocked?! at the end of the day they should be proud they managed to unlock them for free through hard work! i was slightly tempted to unlock the air shortcuts as i am hopeless in the Jets but for £7.99 they can swivel!
I dont have a problem with it, if people are stupid enough to part their money for them then thats totally up to them. In a way its not a bad idea, as a total noob on COD, on the very few rare occasions i played it, it was pointless as heres me a total noob with my bog standard gun on level 1 up against proper COD heads, prestige levelled up with much more powerful guns than me, i didnt stand a chance!!!
oh and for the record the “ultimate bundle” is £31.99!! thats £7more than the game itself!! unbelieveable

there upset because its unfair they have to work their a$$ off to get them, then people they have to compete against just flick a dime and they have it.
how would you feel if you busted your a$$ to carry a fridge up a flight of stairs, then another guy came along and took it down and used a crane to bring it back up?
