The game’s become the biggest No.1 of 2012 in Britain, selling more units than four of the previous number 1 titles thus far. They include SSX, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, UFC Undisputed 3 and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
Mass Effect 3′s performed so well that it sold more week one units than Mass Effect 1 and 2 managed in their respective week one releases, however it’s the first time the game’s seen a simultaneous release across platforms. Unsurprisingly, Mass Effect 3 has performed best on Xbox 360, grabbing a lion share of sales at 73 percent. PS3 only managed 14 percent.
