You read the headline right, Sony will will make available for free Killzone 3′s multiplayer component on the PS Store. This means you’ll be able to play the game’s award-winning multiplayer without paying a dime.
But like everything else, there’s a catch: what you get to play for free is limited to a level cap, and if you’d like to continue further, the cap can be unlocked for $14.99.
The game’s single-player portion isn’t present.
The US PS Store updates on Tuesdays so expect it then, while Europe should see it on Wednesday.
Confirmation came through the latest PlayStation Podcast.
