Deus Ex: Human Revolution Tops Amazon Digital Download 2011 List

It’s only fitting that a tech-focused game like Deus Ex: Human Revolution would top Amazon’s 2011 top ten digital download list, and that’s exactly what happened. Battlefield 3 came in second, while The Sims 3 came in third. The full list can be found below.

1 – Deus Ex: Human Revolution
2 – Battlefield 3
3 – The Sims 3
4 – Battlefield Bad Company 2
5 – Sid Meir’s Civilization V
6 – Dead Island
7 – Total War: Shogun 2
8 – Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3
9 – Crysis 2
10 – Dragon Age 2

You’ll realize that many of the games on this list are EA titles, and that’s no surprise, as the publisher’s employed one of the most aggressive digital strategies in the industry.

Thanks, GameFront.

Agreed completely. It’s one of those games where you get totally enthralled and have a completely amazing experience throughout.

freaking awesome game, only if it did not have the consistency issues.
i really wish eidos montreal would do a new one and this time give every single level the same amount of detail.
give each level the tri pillars of gameplay, not this level you can choose of the 3, this you can only choose 1, this you can only choose 2.
either every level all 3 or every level all 1 no mix and match!
same goes for the side missions and boss battles, there so unbalanced!
a game should never ask you what do you want to spend your XP on, then make the next level virtually impossible for you because you chose this instead of that.
