seriously, i cant understand how whenever something comes out it screws things up!

i bought a new notebook yesterday because my toshiba has been driving me FREAKING INSANE!
get my new notebook home, unwrap it out of the packaging, set windows up and hey whats this?
theres a freaking gash in my screen!
how can you manufacture a laptop, put a gash in the screen, and send it to stores?
seriously!?
