EA Confirms Battlefield 4

According to reports overwhelming twitter, Electronic Arts president Frank Gibeau has just confirmed Battlefield 4.

“There is going to be a Battlefield 4,” said the boss during a keynote at the University of Southern California.

This news doesn’t come as a surprise, but it’s the first time EA’s publicly made mention of the sequel.

@benzo that can still be released as another title! lets just hope EA/DICE can improve the single player campaign.

i think the casual fan forgets that battlefield was originally a PC platform multiplayer only game.

we all know COD did not start off with jaw dropping campaign moments like we expect today. and for EA/DICE to bring over a successful PC platform and integrate it into a console hit, i think thats amazing.

we can only wonder at this point!

geez more fps shooters… good for the fans though…. i just have one question: What Are All the other Non-Call Of Duty/ Battlefield/uncharted 3 Fans Playing This Week or till the storm settles…

obviously, but it wont be out for a while!
the guys at DICE have allot of respect and expectations themselves on the series, theres no way in hell the next game they release will be BF4!
im putting my money on BC3, then ME2 and then maybe BF4.
