RAGE Will Look The Same On All Platforms – Id Software

id Software is not novice developer. The firm literally invented the FPS genre with DOOM. On Tuesday the firm’s latest game dubbed RAGE, their first offering in a long time will go on sale for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, and it doesn’t really matter which platform you decide to purchase the shooter on, its textures will look the same across the boards.

id Software chief John Carmack shared the news via twitter, he said: the texture are exactly the same on all platforms.

It’s out next Tuesday in the U.S. and next Friday in Europe.
