thats one thing i hated about fallout 3, constantly having to find rare weapons which were in decent condition making them even rarer.
i want to spend my time making things better, not worse.
allot like how allot of games today let you play 1 level with everything maxed out, then remove your powers.
like infamous 2, that really spoiled the game for me!
