Operations. It’s the best multiplayer mode in Killzone 3, one fans have been clamoring to see more new maps for. Yet Guerrilla Games has refused to produce more maps for the popular mode, telling Gamesthirst: “It is unlikely there will be any more Operations maps for Killzone 3″, but giving no reasons why. But today the developer gave a blunt answer as to why we won’t see more Operations maps, and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
When asked by a fan why isn’t there any DLC plans for the most popular gametype in Killzone 3, GG said:
“Quite simply, the cost and time involved in producing them is prohibitive.”
We know it’s more expensive, because you have to bring back in the actors and what not, but it’s the most popular mode in KZ3′s mp, it’s guaranteed to do extremely well. This is disappointing.
