then why are they not going after the people who made piracy possible?
the people who made the lvl2 patcher, the backup managers, the game updaters, the ISO sites?
there not going after the people creating and allowing piracy, there going after people who open up there system.
they instantly released DMCA removal requests the second key info to the console was online, but there doing jack trying to get these torrent sites closed.

of course they do in that sense because that would mean there making money of the SDK.
people who hack there systems to use a feature they payed for though………..
in short if were making a profit for it knock yourself out!
