Oh man, this would be the biggest piece of e3 news for me, guys! But like foxton said, Square-Enix has said in the past they wouldn’t be able to…But with their reputation in the dump, and investors becoming more weary, this could be their saving grace. I’d leap for joy!

If this is true this would be the best news for ages and just what Sony need to try and rebuild their reputation. ff7 was quite easily the game of its generation and i think a remake of this would be amazing. However i remeber when the rumour mill on this started a few years ago SE dismissed it as they said it would literally take millions of man hours to totally re develop and remaster the orgional game?!
I really really hope that they do this!!!
