No MGS5, And No MGS 4 NGP Port At E3, Says Kojima

Well we were expecting a Metal Gear Solid 5 announcement at E3, we were also hoping to hear some more details concerning that rumored NGP port of MGS4: Guns of The Patriots, but the man behind all the aforementioned games has dashed water on the fire, confirming that none of those games will be present at the show.

Speaking on the Japanese version of The Kojima Productions Report, the legendary developer said we’d not see Metal Gear Solid 5 at E3, and the NGP game he’s working on is not a port of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of The Patriots.

He also said that he won’t be attending Microsoft’s press conference like he did for the past two years to show Metal Gear Solid: Rising. He did, however, say there will be something special for Metal Gear’s 25th anniversary next year.

Meta Gear Solid: Snake Eater for 3DS will be shown, and will release later this year he also confirmed, and as for him, well you can’t expect such a man not to be present at the biggest gaming expo in the world.

Thanks, Andriasang.
