It’s Memorial Day on Monday in the U.S., one of the biggest holidays in the year, and likewise in the U.K. there’s a bank holiday. We’re free all weekend. Since that’s the case, Crytek’s planned a double XP event for its shooter Crysis 2 across all platforms, beginning today and running till Monday at noon.
There are no restrictions, and it’s for all maps and game modes. Crytek also said it’ll be monitoring stats over the weekend, and will have prizes ready for best XP earners on each platform.
Prizes include:
– Crysis 2 Figurine
– Crysis 2 Nanosuit T-Shirt
– Crysis Legion Novel
– Crysis Lanyard
– Crysis DogTag
– MyCrysis Sticker/Badges
“It doesn’t matter how much XP you’ve got now, it’s all about how much you can earn during the double-XP weekend,” read a post on the game’s official site.

PC versions really buggy too!
played it for half a hour today, kept freezing, massive frame rate drops, and a few times when i grabbed a guy he went flying around tossing me around like a rag doll!
