More Project Cafe rumors have surfaced, and this time we’re learning that the new console will come without a hard drive, and 8GB of flash memory.
That’s according to sources close to Kotaku, which, if true, would be a damper for those looking to download large games. There’s an upside, however, as the game discs themselves will come ready with 25GB of available space, so there’s be no need to copy portions of a game onto a hard drive.
Rumor has it the new console will support SD cards and will run games in beautiful 1080p.
Nintendo’s confirmed Project Cafe for an E3 2011 reveal.

no way!
flash memorys still pretty expensive for mass production like a games console, and if it does have those HD screens in the controllers its already going to be bloody expensive as it is!
i guess DL older ninty games would be out of the question then.
ninty would be stupid to do this, i mean you can use the ps3 and 360 as a media server so releasing a new console that cant would be suicide!
I”m anticipating this….Project Cafe.
as am i, as long as its cheap and offers more games then mario, pokemon, you know the same crap weve been playing since the 80s!
