Sony and Nintendo are well known for releasing their consoles in Japan first before any other region, but according to a source closer to Jolt, the console will release in the West first, revealing also four titles that will launch alongside it.
The reason behind the Japanese launch delay according to the source, is because of the earthquake and tsunami damages that left parts of the country in shambles. As for the first-party titles coming available on day one as launch games, Uncharted, ModNation Racers, Wipeout 2048 and a game called “Smart” are amongst the throng.
The source also said a Resistance game will come out between January and March of next year for NGP.
Expect a full reveal at this year’s E3, and much more in the coming months.

hopefully ninty keep the design, but replace it with the high gloss black plastic they use for the wii.
