backups are really slow because its via USB and wont copies file locked stuff like some game saves.
via cat 5 cable though is much faster and copies everything.

as for the hacks gone?
dont count your chickens before they hatch!
give it a few months and it will be blown back open!
theres already talks of a new LVL syscall exploit.
