Crysis 2 Minimum PC Requirements Detailed – You’ll Need Intel Core 2 Duo Or Higher

by Ernice Gilbert on February 2nd, 2011, under Crytek, EA, News

Through its Facebook page, Crytek’s released the minimum specs your computer will need in order to run Crysis 2.

Looking at the specs, thanks to GeForce, you won’t need a monster to run the game.

- Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Athlon 64 X2 2GHz or better
- Nvidia 8800 GT or higher
- 2 GB RAM
- Windows XP/Vista/7
- 9 GB free hard disk space
- Internet connection

The PC version of the game will also come ready with DirectX 11 support.

It lands on March 22nd, and we’ve already seen an Xbox 360 demo of the game in action. The reception was mixed, however, with many saying there was much control lag, something we hope Crytek will handle before launch. Also, a PC demo is set to launch “soon” but nothing was said concerning the PS3.
