Rockstar Already Working On Red Dead Redemption 2?

There’s no doubt Red Red Redemption will see a sequel, not after the game’s sold well past 8 million units and counting, and that’s in less than 6 months. But is Rockstar already forging RDR2 in the dark whilst continuously releasing DLC for the first?

That might as well be the case.

SystemLink came upon the website/resumer of Rockstar San Diego Senior Environment Artist, Jason Muck, and the information therein is rather informative. It says the Rockstar team has been working on a “AAA unannounced title for PS3 and Xbox 360″ since June, but didn’t say what title it was.

So what’s it, then? Some say it’s a new GTA title, but another Rockstar studio’s been helming said title for a long time. Midnight Club maybe? No one knows for sure. But wouldn’t it make more sense for Rockstar to be hard at work on what’s become a solid GoTY contender and amongst the best selling games of all time? Yes indeed.

I surely wouldn’t mind a sequel, you?
