At PAX, Sucker Punch Unleashed some awesome gameplay footage of inFamous 2. Footage that leaves me speechless.
It’s already a must buy.
Video Thirst:
In the vid, Cole. You start out fighting scumbags who’s only goal is to lower you to dirt. From dirt you came and from dirt you shall return. Cole’s no child, though. The man’s packed with electricity running through his veins. He fires bursts after the foes.
Lifting cars, slashing and dicing with a sword-like tool and then it happens:
A brown looking beasts howls like Hienas after helpless animals; but Cole isn’t moved. Unafraid. The thing deeps in the dirt while manuevering underground like the wild monster it is. Cole fire and ducks, fires and ducks again. Then before you know it, the beast rages into him flinging the protagonist backwards, banging his body into a fence.
Quench it:
inFamous 2 will be available exclusively for the PS3 next year.
I am super, super, super excited about this game. It looks much smoother and scrip, and the new enemies look better than the ones in the first game.
Indeed. A Day one buy for me.
