There’s been much talk about an Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII hitting Japanese shores. That’s after Square-Enix said it never would.
Recently, however, Square-Enix’s Yoshinori Kitase, while speaking at a 3rd Birthday presentation at Gamescom, remained quiet when asked about smoke overwhelming the internet concerning an Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII in Japan.
“There’s no information we can reveal, no new information,” he said at the event.
“We know that information has been looked at by many people, but we can’t comment right now.”
That’s a yes, if you asked me.

predictable response.
though i cant really see the point, the 360 has not sold many units there due to that 360 games dont normally sell to well there.
i cant see them making a decent profit off it with regional recoding, advertisement, packaging, shipment and stocking.
i seriously doubt they would make a decent profit off it to make it worthwhile.
Me too, but you know Square-Enix, always looking for the extra buck
but thats the thing i cant see them making a profit on it.
why release a game if the cash you put in exceeds the cash you get out?
True, oh well. We’ll see
I am also guessing that most people over there bought a ps3 as well just to play ff13.
True, true. As most gamers who own an Xbox 360 over there most likely own a PS3.
