Fighting words, or should I say bragging words? According to a tweet from Xbox front man Aaron Greenberg, citing some NPD figures, Halo 3 has sold more copies than all of Sony’s big hitters.
Just in from research team (NPD): Halo 3 has outsold Resistance 1 + 2, Uncharted 1+2, Killzone 2 and God of War III COMBINED….wow.
Yeah that’s Aaron for you. Fighting words from a guy probably looking for a fight. In any case, congrats to Microsoft and Bungie for building such a reputable franchise.
Halo: Reach is next and we expect it to do even better than Halo: 3.
