For Dice, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 On Mac Warrants An ‘Investigation”

These days Mac is the recipient of much love. Steam is heading over, the Left 4 Dead titles will support multiplayer between PC and Macs and so it’s love Mac owners haven’t experienced before we know. But when it rains it pours, whether good or bad.

This time it’s more good for you Mac fanatics, can you even handle it? Take a deep breathe, now exhale because Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is being investigated by Dice, the game’s developer, trying to forge a means to bring said title to you. There’s a time for everything under the sun.

In a recent tweet, DICE’s Karl Magnus Troedsson said, “We like it!” in reference to Valve’s Mac Steam announcement. Afterward UGDb.com asked whether the company had plans for a Mac version of the game Troedsson responded, “We’re currently investigating the possibility of making BFBC2 available on Mac.”

If this comes to fruition, it wouldn’t be the first Battlefield title on Mac, the most recent game being Battlefield 2142.

Love is in the air I suppose, love is in the air.
