PSP might not be the receiver of endless love in the west, mainly US and EU but in Japan? Well the Japanese are in “luv” with their PSPs…
Approximately 37,338 PSPs were sold last week, landing Sony’s handheld in the number spot. The Wii sold over 36,000 with PS3 coming third at 27,763.
These PSP numbers are great yes, but Japan’s still the land of Nintendo; the chart below will help you understand why.

Great numbers from Sony! Yes Nintendo is still the king there but the Japanese are definitely showing love for Sony also.
