Over at IGN, is the copy of the full suit document filed against Activision by former Infinity Ward bosses, Vince Zampella and Jason West.
This all began on Tuesday morning when G4 leaked that bouncers appeared at Infinity Ward’s offices, eventually resulting in the lock out of all staff and the dismissal of then bosses Vince Zampella and Jason West.
Later it was rumored neither Zampella nor West had received no royalties from Activision for Modern Warfare 2, which is now the biggest grossing game of all time. Not too long after, Activision confirmed the firing of the two men, citing insubordination amongst other things.
Zampella and West struck back, filing a suit, suing the publishing giant for a decent $36 million dollars for work they’ve done, (royalties) on Modern Warfare 2. So, we thought it was all done – but not so says Activsion.
Bobby Kotick and the gang laughed off the suit claiming it had no “merit” whatsoever and that they’d vigorously defend in court their stance.
It’s been raging since Tuesday, but I suspect we’re in the introduction of this matter.
