In Japan, “Arc” Is Now Officially Sony’s

First we called it the Wand, then leaks revealed Sony intended to name its motion device “Arc”. Not too longer after, the giant came out and said that “Arc” was only a code name and soon we would know. But what do you know? Sony has now registered a trademark in Japan, that trademark is… you guessed it: “Arc”.

Next week at GDC in San Fransisco, Sony will officially reveal the whatever its name is. Will keep you up to speed.

Thanks, Siliconera.

Arc has got a better ring to it than Natal, still Natal seems more interesting than Sony’s attempt at a Wii accessory homage/rip-off.

Well, I don’t really think either of them will have the success that the Wii enjoyed.
