Video Thirst: God Of War 3 – Making Of Featurette

God of War 3 is going to be huge and an utterly brutal experience that the PS3′s new hardware contributes greatly to. The following featurette discusses how the PS3′s capabilities obviously allowed for a far greater experience then what could be done on the PS2. To sum this all up in a simple phrase; I want it.

WOW this game is going to be insane. Graphic wise looks awesome, gameplay looks awesome, and the fun factor is through the roof. If you look at the little details the put in like kratos holding a head to light up dark passagways they truely love to make games and make them fun to play and they pay attention to the little things which can go a long way in taking a game from fun to game of the year. Cool video too, I like to see behind the scenes stuff and see what developers are doing and how they decide what to put in and how they program/animate for levels and characters. These are they guys that put in long shifts sometimes lose wives over making great video games and they deserve all the awards and recogniton they recieve. Can’t wait to see more on GOW3

Indeed, DL, indeed. It’s great to see devs putting their all into making games these days (at least some of them), trying hard to satisfy their fans.

I wonder how long the campaign will be for this one. I haven’t kept track of it much, so I don’t know if they’ve mentioned a length or not.

Anyway, I agree that’s great seeing developers putting in details like the head to light the paths.
