I really wish there was a new syphon filter. I had the old one on PSX but I was too young to enjoy it. The one on PS2 was not that good.
I totally agree with the FF7 remake. I am still drooling over the PSP FF7:CC!

ff7 remake would be history in the making. Up o this day final fantasy 7 is being argued about not just only the best RPG game but the best game and storyline ecer created.A remake of a game thats being said to be the best game ever from the ps1 to ps3? now thats gonna be somthing

One thing I KNOW I don’t like is that picture up there with the dude holding a sword that is larger than HE is. I hate that crap. I originally thought it was a chair he was sitting in! Saw a picture of Darksiders with a stupid ass huge sword. Don’t think I’ll like that game either. I’m more of an Assassin’s Creed/”realistic”-type game lover.

I don’t have a PS3 yet. If I get one (hopefully in the next few months) I’ll think about dropping a tenner on it. Thanks.

I haven’t found a JRPG I’ve ever liked. They ALL just seem goofy. I’m much more into “real” RPGs. I consider “real” RPG’s western because most of them have D&D as an ancient ancestor. Back when ffVII was out, I was playing Baldur’s Gate/IceWind Dale type RPGs, RTS’s like Starcraft and FPS’s like Half-Life.

But there’s so much love for ffVII, in particular, that I’d be open-minded enough to give it a shot. Is there a demo for the original game floating around somewhere? I’d be able to tell pretty quickly if it was something I’d like.

Out of those five, I MIGHT pick up FF VII to see what the fuss is all about. But I’d wait for it to hit the bargain bin, 20 bucks tops.
